Solved: Command-T on Vim 7.3 and Ruby 1.9.1 on Windows 7

    Hi,

    After a lot of trial and error, I have finally figured out a way to make Command-T work on Windows 7 (both x32 and x64) with Vim 7.3 and Ruby 1.9.1
