MacVim - Command-T Broken Line Numbers & Syntax Markers

    I have been using Command-T for a while. Today, I have come across a strange glitch on MacVim - FullScreen Mode and Command-T.

    It occurs when a file opened -in my case a php file- in a new vertically split window. That action causes new vertical window's line numbers and syntax markers to get broken.

    It only occurs in MacVim Fullscreen mode. I also tried to open same php file using :e filename.php following :vsplit command to test whether it is a MacVim bug but couldn't replicate the glitch.

    I am using syntastic vim plugin with phpcs to do syntax checking. Glitch could be seen on the screenshot I linked below.
